Smoker's Last Chance
is a 5-day program, at the end of which you are no longer a smoker.  Each day, you will smoke less than the day before. On the 5th day, you will not smoke at all.

3. The process is simple and low-key. If you feel blocked, you simply repeat the previous day until you are ready to continue.

To satisfy your conscious mind, there is a CD-ROM containing detailed information about the effects of smoking and about the program itself.

However, your sub-conscious usually controls between
